Meet Aaron

Hello, I’m Aaron Trippet, and movement is the medicine that I prescribe. I have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and founded Omni Integrative Physical Therapy to go beyond the standard offerings found in most health, rehabilitation, and wellness facilities. I began my journey into Meditation, Yoga, Holistic Healing, Western Medicine, and certain limbs of Traditional Chinese medicine after I herniated three discs in the middle of my back during my first year of college. As a nationally ranked diver, I was told by medical staff that my diving career was over and that it would be unsafe to lift more than 50 lbs. After about two years of self-directed rehab and research, I was able to return to all activities of interest without limitation.

These are the same types of techniques that I prescribe in my practice. Whether you are interested in general wellness, sports & performance, or managing chronic pain, I am here to help you achieve your goals. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I incorporate the strategies that will be most impactful to you on your healing journey. Along with traditional Western approaches, I have found that strategies from tai chi, qigong, and yoga can be extremely effective in helping my clients achieve their various goals.
